Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator to join our Production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow safety procedures, and a commitment to meeting production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate printing machinery to produce high-quality printed products according to production requirements

· Set up, calibrate, and adjust printing equipment for different garment styles and production needs

· Make necessary machine adjustments to achieve the best possible print quality

· Inspect printed products to ensure prints are clean, accurate, consistent, and free of defects

· Organize, prepare, and install printing screens for production runs

· Mix and handle inks, additives, solvents, and other approved chemicals according to company procedures

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the production process

· Stack, organize, and move printed and unprinted materials

· Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery and handling inks and chemicals

· Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting production goals

· Perform repetitive tasks including reaching, gripping, grasping, bending, lifting, and handling products

· Complete additional production duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

· No previous printing experience is a plus; training will be provided

· Ability to follow instructions and learn production processes quickly

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

· Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment

· Reliable attendance and punctuality

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or screen printing preferred

· Experience working with inks, printing equipment, or production machinery

· Ability to identify quality issues and make adjustments as needed

· Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the work shift

· Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds

· Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grasp, and handle products and materials

· Ability to work with moving mechanical equipment and follow workplace safety procedures

· Must have adequate close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Safety Equipment Required:

· Latex gloves when handling ink or cleaning materials

· Safety glasses when operating ink mixing equipment

· Face mask when handling powders or certain materials

· Additional PPE as required by company safety procedures
