Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting in Burr Ridge, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing precautions.
• Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active and current Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Geriatric, dysphagia, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
