Friendly Team Environment with Strong Leadership
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental condition.
Measure and document vital signs as directed.
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Serve meals and assist residents with eating and hydration as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to every resident.
Follow all facility policies, infection control practices, and safety procedures.
Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification.
Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
