What you'll do

• Support residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and general well-being
• Follow individualized care plans and keep accurate records so the whole team stays in sync
• Check in on residents throughout the day to support comfort, safety, and engagement
• Assist with meals, mobility, and adaptive equipment as needed
• Build real relationships with residents and work closely with your colleagues
• Share resident preferences and observations with the team, and flag any changes to nursing staff right away

What you'll need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years or older
• Active New Jersey CNA certification, or current enrollment in a New Jersey CNA program

Preferred:

• Experience in a long-term care setting

Schedule

Full-time and part-time. Day and evening shifts available. Rotating holidays and weekends required.

Pay and benefits

• $23 to $25.55/hour, based on experience
• Shift differentials: $1.50/hour for weekends, $2.00/hour for evenings
