What you'll do
- Support residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and general well-being
- Follow individualized care plans and keep accurate records so the whole team stays in sync
- Check in on residents throughout the day to support comfort, safety, and engagement
- Assist with meals, mobility, and adaptive equipment as needed
- Build real relationships with residents and work closely with your colleagues
- Share resident preferences and observations with the team, and flag any changes to nursing staff right away
What you'll need
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years or older
- Active New Jersey CNA certification, or current enrollment in a New Jersey CNA program
Preferred:
- Experience in a long-term care setting
Schedule
Full-time and part-time. Day and evening shifts available. Rotating holidays and weekends required.
Pay and benefits
- $23 to $25.55/hour, based on experience
- Shift differentials: $1.50/hour for weekends, $2.00/hour for evenings
