As a Day CNA, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and oral care
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, transferring, and toileting
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
Perform other related duties as assigned by the nursing staff
Requirements
0 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or related healthcare experience
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program and certification
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Availability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
