Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Alliance Workforce is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Tampa. In this role, you will help keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently by completing repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
• Perform maintenance on pumps, piping, valves, compressors, motors, sensors, relays, and wiring
• Complete scheduled preventive and routine maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues
• Install and remove equipment, parts, and components as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and testing equipment
• Read basic drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams
• Keep maintenance records and repair documentation updated
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Assist contractors and other maintenance team members as needed
• Work overtime or weekends when required

Qualifications
• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience working with pumps, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and wiring
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and testing equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
