Navigator Homes is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our new Assisted Living Residence (ALR). Responsibilities -
. Assist Residents with activities of daily living
. Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
. Assist with mobility and transfers
. Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
Qualifications -
. HHA certification
. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
. Excellent communication skills
. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely
