Fresh Smile Seattle is a small, independent, fee-for-service dental practice on Capitol Hill. We focus on prevention-driven, high-quality care and building real relationships with our patients. We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who brings genuine warmth to patient interactions and helps our day run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Active WA State RDA registration
- Some dental assisting experience is desirable, though we're happy to train the right person
- Excellent people skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting
- Room setup, breakdown, and sterilization
- Coronal polishing, fluoride varnish, and patient education
- Digital X-rays and iTero scans
- Some overlap with front office duties
- Routine daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and operatory upkeep
