• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Supports residents' behavioral and emotional needs.
• Implement individualized care plans.
• Documents all services provided to residents.
• Monitor vital signs
• Assist with mobility and hygiene.
• Report on health changes
• Support care plan implementation

• · Assists residents with personal care and hygiene needs.

  · Provides reminders for medication administration.

  · Supports residents in maintaining daily routines.

  Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation
