CNA s, HHA, PCA, Caregiver, Direct Support Staff

We are seeking a Caregiver, PCA, CNA or HHA to join our team working mornings from (6 am until 2 pm ) every other weekend and every Wednesday and Thursday with the possibility of more hours if interested! We are a residential home for the elderly located in Eagan. We are licensed for 6 residents. You will assist in providing care for the elderly helping to get them ready for bed and giving medication. Must have reliable transportation, be able to work independently and pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, transfers, mobility)
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• Work independently

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
