Production Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines.

• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Document production data accurately, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Commitment to safety and a positive work ethic.

Working Conditions:
