Race Track Smiles is a fully fee-for-service, high-end dental practice focused on quality over quantity. We specialize in comprehensive general dentistry, cosmetic smile makeovers, and full-arch implant rehabilitation. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment and wants to grow professionally while helping create incredible patient experiences.

What You'll Do
Assist chairside in general dentistry procedures
Support cosmetic cases including veneers, smile makeovers, and esthetic treatments
Assist with full-arch implant surgeries and restorative procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency
Ensure exceptional patient comfort and experience
Take digital radiographs and clinical photographs
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver outstanding care
Ideal Candidate
Highly Preferred:
Experience in General Dentistry
Experience with Cosmetic Dentistry
Experience with Full-Arch Implant Dentistry (All-on-X)

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $30+/hour (based on experience)
