Santa Fe Dental Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fast-paced, patient-centered dental practice! What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Take and process digital dental x-rays
- Sterilize and prepare instruments and rooms according to OSHA guidelines
- Chart procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide post-op instructions and educate patients on oral health
- Track and maintain inventory of dental supplies
- Support front office staff as needed for efficient patient flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License – Required
- Valid California X-ray certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome!)
- Familiarity with dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
