We are a long-term care mental health facility with independent residents! there are no lifting, feeding, bathing, or toileting duties.

Licensing is not required; we can complete your training on-site.

Pay scale is dependent on experience, availability, license verification, and valid certifications.

Orchards Highlands Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) is a company located in Vancouver, WA. The ESF specializes in providing medication, housing, and ADL support. Our goal is to provide a safe home for people affected by various Behavioral Health factors. While supporting a resident's physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being, staff also assist them to live independently in this community setting. We require staff to be professional, dependable, and thrive in the teamwork atmosphere we strive for.
