What You’ll Do:
Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Offer companionship, kindness, and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
Follow individualized care plans developed by our nursing team
Monitor and report changes in client conditions promptly
Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For:
Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
High school diploma or GED
❤️ Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
️♀️ Ability to work independently and responsibly
Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
'05; Must pass background check and health screening
