Abernathy, TX (Lubbock Area)
Up to $57.69/hr DOE + Overtime + up to $150/day Per Diem
18-Month Contract
13 Days On / 1 Day Off

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Coordinator to support one of the nation's fastest-growing hyperscale data center construction projects.


This role serves as the key liaison between engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and field execution teams to ensure electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.


If you've worked on Data Centers, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or EPC projects, we'd like to speak with you.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily electrical construction activities
  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
  • Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and material tracking
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and craft labor
  • Monitor installation progress and manpower requirements
  • Support QA/QC inspections and turnover documentation
  • Assist with commissioning, startup, and systems readiness
  • Participate in look-ahead planning meetings
  • Promote safety and quality throughout the project


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of electrical construction experience


Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Medium Voltage (MV)
  • Switchgear
  • Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
  • UPS Systems
  • Backup Generators
  • Electrical Distribution
  • Construction Drawings & Specifications


Preferred

  • Data Center or Mission Critical construction
  • Journeyman Electrician
  • Bluebeam
  • Procore
  • Primavera P6
