The position for Registered Dental Assistant is very important to the patient experience. The RDA is responsible for a variety of duties. First, the RDA should have a very pleasant personality. The RDA will be responsible for preparing the work area, setting up instruments, equipment, and sterilization. The RDA will take x-rays and vital signs. He or she will assist the oral surgeon in consultations and surgeries. Educating the patient is very important. It is also the RDA's job to make the patient comfortable during this process. This position will also have some administrative duties. The RDA must be comfortable with Dentrix. Our office is very comfortable and happy environment. The RDA will have time to learn and grow as we do.
