Job Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
Meal preparation and feeding assistance if needed
Medication reminders (non-clinical)
Assist with mobility and transfers
Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team
Requirements
Experience as a caregiver, PCA, CNA, or home health aide preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Ability to follow care plans and communicate with supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
CNA certification (not required but a plus)
Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
CPR/First Aid certification
