PENN Apartment Staffing is hiring EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians for immediate openings with top apartment communities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
We are seeking dependable maintenance professionals with apartment industry experience, strong HVAC skills, and the ability to complete repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
- Complete resident service requests professionally and efficiently
- Assist with make-ready apartments and preventative maintenance
- Maintain the property’s safety, appearance, and overall condition
- Assist with additional maintenance duties as needed
Requirements:
- EPA Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance knowledge
- Reliable transportation
- Two forms of government-issued ID
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable and ready to start immediately
