State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

We are currently seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CTNAs) to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.

· Assist clients with daily living activities in their homes.

· Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the nurse or supervisor.

· Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.

· Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

· Follow care plans and agency policies to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications:

· Active CTNA certification in the State of Connecticut.

· CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

· Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional.

· Previous home care experience is a plus but not required.

· Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
