CNA Certified

Seville Care Center is urgently seeking dedicated CNAs to join our small, supportive team providing exceptional patient care on the day shift. As a CNA at our facility, you will work closely with a team of 1-5 CNAs and report directly to the Charge Nurse. This role involves delivering compassionate care and supporting patients’ daily needs during 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience, and candidates must hold an active CNA license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including hygiene assistance and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols
• Document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team
• Participate in shift reporting and team collaboration
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in patient care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active CNA license in Missouri
• Skills in patient care, vital signs monitoring, and infection control
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated compassion and dedication to patient wellbeing
