Job Overview:

Start your career in caregiving as an entry-level Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) at Enrogel Health. This role is essential in providing exceptional care and companionship to our residents while ensuring they enjoy a high quality of life. Pay Range: $33,280–$37,440 annually ($16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience)

Responsibilities

%CF; Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and daily activities.

%CF; Monitor and document residents’ health, reporting changes to supervisors.

%CF; Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.

%CF; Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement.

%CF; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.

%CF; Administer medications (training provided).

%CF; Provide mobility support, including transfers and range-of-motion exercises

Requirements

%CF; High School Diploma or equivalent.

%CF; No prior experience required: Training will be provided!

%CF; Completion of PCA or HHA training (or willingness to complete).

%CF; Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor.

%CF; Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform caregiving tasks.

%CF; Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
