Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assistance in home health care environments
• Monitor patient health and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
• Support patients with medication reminders and basic treatment procedures as directed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing assistance
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
