Qualifications (Requirements)
- Proven experience as a carpenter in remodeling and/or high-end residential construction
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and finish/detail work
- Ability to read plans and work accurately from measurements
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper installation methods and building code basics
- EXperience with upscale finishes, trim, and custom millwork
- Familiarity with high-end materials (hardwood, specialty molding, custom doors, etc.)
- Experience coordinating with PMs and other trades for smooth scheduling
