Duties:
- Assist Patients with ADL /IADL
- Personal Hygiene (Bathing ,Hair ,Oral, Nail and Skin Care) Toileting.
- Light Housekeeping
- Socializing
- Preparing and Serving Meals
Routines:
- Movement To/From Bathroom
- Dressing & Undressing
- Changing Clothes
- Mobility Transfers
- Eating andDrinking
- Light Housekeeping
- Errands and Medication.
