Previous Experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred
Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) license in Maryland
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience working in an a skilled nursing facility a plus
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with residents
Ability to show empathy and compassion while interacting with residents to increase their comfort level
Current CPR Certification
