Requirements for Physical Therapist:

· Physical Therapist must have a current California Physical Therapy license

· home health care experience a plus

· willing to visit patients in San Mateo County

The applicant must be a graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by (a) The American Physical Therapy Association, (b) The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or (c) The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Preferred Skills for Physical Therapist:

· PT must have excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to interact effectively with all staff, patients, families and members of the health team

· Effective problem-solving skill and good analytical skills

· Organized, resourceful, dependable and detail oriented

· Working knowledge of computer programs: Word and data entry.
