Stand Up Forklift Operators
Job Description
Stand Up Forklift Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within warehouses or distribution centers. They ensure inventory is handled correctly and aid in maintaining a well-organized, productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials to specified locations.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas safely.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure operational safety and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory counts.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist with warehouse organization and keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
