CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

We are seeking a CNA to join our team! Please only apply if you are a CNA with homecare experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Apply Condom Cath
• Gastrostomy, PEG and J tube feedings, Ostomy Care
• Medication reminders
• Sterile dressing changes
• Assist in the transport, positioning, use of gait belt, or hoyer lift
• Provide companionship and basic total care to client
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment with light housekeeping
• Small meal prep

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in patient care responsibilities
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to learn and carryout new task with training
