We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. You will assist the dentist during all procedures and complete administrative tasks associated with the appointment. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
- Assist the dentist during all procedures
- Complete the following procedures with detail and accuracy:
- Diagnostic radiographs
- Digital Scans
- Pack cord
- Make and seat temporary crowns
- Seat permanent crowns
- Discuss pre- and post-operative instructions
- Deliver and adjust removable prosthesis, occlusal guards
- Place composite fillings
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
