Litigation Attorney - Family Law

Graziano & Flynn is seeking an entry to mid-level family law attorney to become a part of our team! We are a growing, well respected, and long established firm, balancing extraordinary client care with work/life balance and the ability to work from home part time. You will represent clients in all phases of litigation in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience along with commissions on work generated. Responsibilities:

• Heavy client communication, providing legal advice and emotional support
• Case management
• Draft letters and documents including motions, legal briefs, MESP memos, mediation memos, and trial memos
• Legal research
• Supervise paralegals in answering discovery
• Negotiate settlements
• Argue motions
• Appear in court (zoom and in person) for conferences, bench trials, settlement conferences, arbitrations, and mediations

​​Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience, family law preferred but not necessary
• NJ license to practice law in good standing
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
