Night Shift Homecare Aide/Caregiver

We are looking for both part-time and full-time on-site roles for a Home Care Aide located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for overnight shifts. The Home Care Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, provide personal care, and ensure their overall comfort and safety. Tasks may include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. The role also involves supporting clients with mobility and companionship, fostering their emotional well-being, and maintaining clear and compassionate communication with clients and their families.

This is a w-2 role with a base hourly rate + overtime.

Qualifications:

• Skills in Home Care and the ability to provide compassionate and professional support
• Strong Communication skills to build trust and understanding with clients and their families
• Knowledge and experience in assisting with the Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and Personal Care tasks
• Proficiency in Patient Care to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability to meet individual client needs
• CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred
• Ability to comply with confidentiality and ethical guidelines related to patient care
• Certification as a Home Care Aide (HCA) can provide assistance with obtaining certification
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
