Orange Dental Partners is a growing multi-specialty dental practice specializing in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team.
This position requires flexibility to work at both our North Palm Beach and Vero Beach locations. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, providing exceptional patient care, and expanding your clinical skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist doctors during a variety of dental and surgical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and organized
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by certification
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout appointments
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications:
'05; Previous dental assisting experience preferred
'05; Current Florida Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification is a plus
'05; Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control protocols
'05; Strong communication and organizational skills
'05; Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
'05; Reliable transportation and the ability to work in both our North Palm Beach and Vero Beach offices
'05; Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
'05; Current Florida Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification is a plus
