Registered Dental Assistant Rda

The Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) plays a crucial role in supporting routine dental procedures within a large dental team of 8 or more professionals. Reporting to the Dental Office Manager, the RDA is responsible for ensuring smooth clinical operations by assisting chairside, taking radiographs, and maintaining sterilization protocols. This position primarily supports routine check-ups and cleanings, contributing to a high standard of patient care and clinical efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during routine dental check-ups and cleanings
• Take and process dental radiographs accurately and safely
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards for instruments and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dental assisting
• Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
