Tri-Point Construction is looking for an experienced Frame-to-Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence, reliability, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years of construction experience and is confident performing nearly every aspect of residential carpentry—from framing to finish work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, collaborating with others, and stepping into a leadership role when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of residential carpentry, including framing, exterior trim, interior trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, and finish work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Work efficiently with a crew to complete projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a crew of 2–3 carpenters or laborers when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Identify and solve construction challenges while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project supervisors.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of carpentry or construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of framing through finish carpentry.
• Experience in most or all aspects of residential construction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership skills with the ability to direct and support a small crew.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
