Parts Associate/Inside Sales Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Parts Associate/Inside Sales Representative for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting with inventory management, customer service, and sales support. Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Parts Associate/Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts and materials.
• Assist customers with parts inquiries, product information, and order processing.
• Provide inside sales support by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts or solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory transactions and sales activity.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Utilize computer systems to enter orders, track inventory, and update customer information.

Parts Associate/Inside Sales Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous parts, warehouse, inventory, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Mechanical or equipment knowledge is a plus.
