Laboratory Technologist (MLT / CLS / LVN) - Point of Care Lab

We are hiring a Laboratory Technologist (MLT / CLS / LVN) to join a growing Point-of-Care Laboratory team in San Leandro, CA. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a stable Monday–Friday evening schedule, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and career growth.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Pay

• $26–$32/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-care laboratory testing
• Collect and process blood specimens
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Enter patient information and test results accurately
• Perform quality control procedures
• Follow laboratory safety and compliance standards

Requirements

• California MLT, CLS, or LVN license (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Laboratory and specimen collection experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
