Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient | $20K Sign-On Bonus + Great Pay

MyMichigan Health – Alpena is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient role with occasional floating to acute care. This position involves evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday–Friday (approximately 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient physical therapy with occasional acute care coverage
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with therapy standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (minimum required)
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $37+/hour (based on experience)
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
