Pediatric Ophthalmologist

Compensation: $325,000–$425,000 annually + Productivity Bonus + Partnership Track

Position Overview

Join a well-established, physician-owned ophthalmology practice in Northern Virginia with nearly 50 years of excellence. This partnership-track opportunity offers a collaborative environment alongside 3 Pediatric Ophthalmologists within a team of 15 ophthalmologists and 2 optometrists across three locations.

Schedule

• Preferred 4-day workweek (5-day option available)
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Patient volume: 25–40 patients/day
• Shared call rotation (weekday and weekend)

Compensation & Benefits

• $325K–$425K base salary
• 35% productivity bonus above base collections
• $7,500 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Ophthalmology
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Interest in ROP or NICU care is a plus
