Location: Athens, GA | Payrate: $16/hour | Schedule: 5am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday + Overtime MAY be required on Friday due to business demands
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry leader in HVAC manufacturing to hire Manufacturing Assemblers in a climate-controlled environment. What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will:
Assemble components for installation on refrigeration units.
Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments, and minor preventive maintenance.
Conduct assembly and inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Run tests on assemblies and equipment to verify safety and productivity before production.
Complete work within established cycle times.
Use a variety of hand and power tools
Assemble hardware using clamps, clips, and brackets.
Maintain shop supplies, floor stock, and production tools.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.
Maintain departmental quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Ability to safely use hand tools and battery-operated tools.
Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to routinely lift up to 35 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
