• Salary Range: $72,500–$90,000 annually (Based on experience) + Benefits

-> Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech-language pathology services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and functional independence.
• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct dysphagia evaluations and implement appropriate treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals, strategies, and safety recommendations.
• Participate in care planning and maintain compliance with Medicare, state regulations, and facility policies.

-> Qualifications

• Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC-SLP) license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehab, or Post-Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
