Bay Area Hospital is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join its Imaging Department in Coos Bay, OR. This full-time day shift role is responsible for performing high-quality mammography examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and producing accurate diagnostic images in compliance with established imaging protocols.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• 10-hour shifts
• 80 hours per two-week pay period

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality
• Operate and maintain mammography imaging equipment
• Follow radiation safety and quality assurance standards
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications
• Active Oregon Radiologic Technologist License
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $35–$55/hour (based on experience; union position)
