Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and intervention services for students with mild to moderate needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide both in-class (push-in) and small group (pull-out) support, adapting instruction as necessary
• Track student progress, gather data, and communicate regularly with families and educational teams
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate where every child can thrive
