Shift Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for passionate Shift Leaders to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positions! Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus tip share paid weekly which currently averages $1.50 to $2.50 per hour added to your hourly pay. Your effective hourly rate is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

The Shift Leader has ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific location and maintaining the reputation of the company. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and good customer service.
