As a Bridal Alterations Assist and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for brides during their alteration process. You will assist with alterations, support fittings, and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to bridal clients
• Assist with bridal alterations and fittings
• Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
• Take accurate measurements for alteration purposes
• Coordinate alteration processes between clients and seamstresses
• Conduct client consultations to understand alteration needs
