Site Safety Representative - Casino Construction Project
Job Description
Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Pay Rate: $55/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Duration: 12+ Month Project
Per Diem: Available for qualified candidates
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Representative to support a large-scale Casino Construction project in Kings Mountain, NC. This role will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and supporting daily safety operations on an active construction site.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Support safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans
- Monitor contractor safety performance and field activities
- Promote safe work practices across all site operations
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Work closely with site leadership and construction teams to improve safety performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred
- Experience supporting active construction job sites
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and safety practices
- Experience with safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and job hazard analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, trades, and site leadership
- Strong field presence and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- CHST certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, hospitality, or similar construction projects preferred
