Cashier/ FOH

The Cashier/FOH role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and managing front-of-house operations within a small, collaborative team. This position involves handling multiple payment methods, including mobile transactions, overseeing order processing, and maintaining a welcoming environment through cleanliness and effective complaint resolution. The role often requires working long shifts, including weekends, within a team of 1-5 people.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, mobile, and other payment methods accurately
• Operate the POS system efficiently
• Manage front desk activities and order processing
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the front-of-house area
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a small team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
