At Mini Munch Sliders, our Team Members are passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience, committed to quality, and dedicated to supporting one another. You will work alongside fellow Team Members, Trainers, Shift Leads, and Managers to execute successful lunch and dinner services.

Key Responsibilities

• Live and represent the Mini Munch Sliders mission and values in every shift
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by actively listening and exceeding expectations
• Create a welcoming environment by confidently guiding guests through the MMS menu
• Prepare and serve high-quality sliders with accuracy, speed, and consistency
• Operate both the grill and cash register as part of a fully cross-trained role
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Follow all cash handling procedures with accuracy and accountability
• Complete daily and weekly assigned tasks
• Support your team with a positive, humble, and team-first mindset
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Grill cooking experience is required; ability to execute under fast-paced conditions is essential
• Fryer experience is strongly preferred and considered a key asset
• Previous cashier or guest-facing experience required
• Ability to multitask between front and back of house responsibilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible scheduling: Monday–Sunday
• 18–38 hours per week, with two days off
• Nights and weekends are required
• Training period includes hands-on learning across all areas of the business to build speed, confidence, and consistency

A Day in the Life
You’ll move between the grill, fryer, and register—cooking, assembling, serving, and engaging with guests. Every shift is fast-paced, team-driven, and focused on delivering an unforgettable slider experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Team Member Pay: Tip Pool | Tip Pool: average $3 per hour

Total Compensation: between $18 - $20 per hour | 75% Off Food Meals | Set Scheduling in 8-week blocks | Uniform – t-shirts and a hat | Paid Training
