Montessori Lead Teacher

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori classroom environment.
• Guide children using Montessori principles while encouraging independence and self-confidence.
• Observe and assess each child's progress and individual needs.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's development.

Qualifications

• Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, MACTE, or equivalent preferred).
• Previous experience as a Montessori Lead Teacher.
