Food Server

The Food Server will be a key member of our dining experience team, expertly coordinating with the Front of House team, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service. Working primarily at a single location during standard restaurant hours including evenings and weekends, this role demands excellent customer interaction and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Serve food promptly and accurately to customers
• Engage positively with customers to enhance their dining experience
• Set up and clear tables efficiently
• Process payments using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Assist with inventory management as needed
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and front of house team

Required Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of food safety practices

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in food service
• Certification as an on premise alcohol server trainer
